Friendly service and efficient
Body shop is extremely excellent. Hit a deer beginning of April 2019. Our Mercedes took 4 weeks to fix, the body shop set us up with a rental and updated when projects were being done and completed. When we picked our car up all we had to do with rental car was leave it at the body shop for the rental company to pick up. Car looks great! Excellent paint job! Thanks highly recommended!!!
Couldn’t be treated better. This is my second car I purchased from Smail and I will purchase my next one there as well.
They picked my car up and left a loaner, inspected and serviced my car, returned it to me in the afternoon sparkling clean. Their service department personnel are polite and know their stuff. My C300 (2013) is in great shape, and it has never been serviced anywhere else.
Always wanted a Benz bud email made that happened excellent sales staff Mark Kurt Joe were outstanding first c300 4 matic was sold I must have been sleeping was just about to leave when somhow they came up with a perfect all black c300 4 magic great price great prep Brian was unbelievable doing the paperwork cash deal made it happened less than 4 minutes and going down the road Love the Benz I’ll be back soon for another Thanks Bud Smail
