RecommendedBud Smail is by far the best dealer I’ve ever done business , from sales to Service first class and justifies the high Standard of Mercedes.
RecommendedThey take time to make sure your concerns are addressed.
RecommendedTroy Lee is the best !! He was very accommodating and not pushy at all. He was very helpful even with my 1,000 questions and we will definitely be dealing with him in future purchases.
RecommendedFriendly service and efficient
RecommendedBody shop is extremely excellent. Hit a deer beginning of April 2019. Our Mercedes took 4 weeks to fix, the body shop set us up with a rental and updated when projects were being done and completed. When we picked our car up all we had to do with rental car was leave it at the body shop for the rental company to pick up. Car looks great! Excellent paint job! Thanks highly recommended!!!
RecommendedCouldn’t be treated better. This is my second car I purchased from Smail and I will purchase my next one there as well.
RecommendedThey picked my car up and left a loaner, inspected and serviced my car, returned it to me in the afternoon sparkling clean. Their service department personnel are polite and know their stuff. My C300 (2013) is in great shape, and it has never been serviced anywhere else.
