RecommendedDave Basil was great in providing a loaner and delivering my car to my driveway when completed - and did not try to sell me anything which is important!!
RecommendedThey have the best all-around services! Thank you one and all... Mat! Mike! Scott! Dave! Ray! +++++
RecommendedGreat service! Service Manager Dave Basil went above and beyond getting me a loaner to get my vehicle repaired. Communicated throughout the entire process regarding repairs, progress. OUTSTANDING customer service.
RecommendedWanted to thank Smail for taking care of us!! Had a problem with our key & they drove an hour away to take care of it. You have my business again. Thanks again..
RecommendedGreat personal service. I highly recommend Bud Smail for your purchase and service for your Mercedes. They picked up my car and they drop off a 2020 GLC 300 loaner for the day. My CLA 250 was returned like new. Thank you
RecommendedThe buying process was simple. Anthony in sales was very attentive to my needs and Brian in the finance office was outstanding to work with. I called for a couple things with service and they were very quick to get me in. I perviously had a Porsche and it was six weeks for a service appointment and Smail got me in within four days. So overall a great experience for car buying.
RecommendedWe have been a customer for over twenty years because their service department is very good. If we incurred a problem,Smails staff promptly resolved it. Their selection of vehicles and accessories are amazing.
RecommendedFair price and the service area is awesome
RecommendedThe staff is very respectful to the customer. I love the pick up car service, too. Without that service I would not have bought a car from them because it's too far for me to drive, sit and wait. Thank you for all of the convienances you provide.
