RecommendedI had a great experience working with Scott at Smail Mercedes! He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He made the car buying process easy and quick while still being thorough and fun to talk to! He followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was and left me feeling like if I ever had any questions, I could ask him! I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle with them!

RecommendedThis is our third time owning a Mercedes. This time we bought one for our daughter. We know Mercedes is a safe and reliable car and the new A class model caught our eye. Every service experience at Bud Smail Mercedes has been a good one. So happy Mike is still there. He is always professional, friendly and energetic. He is always willing to do all he can so we are taken care of.
RecommendedMike and the service staff are true professionals. I’ve had experiences with several Mercedes dealers in the Pittsburgh area and will choose Bud Smail from now on. They earned my business by addressing my needs efficiently and setting the proper expectation from our initial contact. They make a commitment to their clients and they deliver in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
Everyone was awesome. They went out of their way so I could get everything I wanted on my new MB
