Excellent service. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My loaner car was sitting there ready to be picked up when I dropped the car off. In less than 10 minutes I had completed all of the information to have my car serviced and I was on my way back home. They communicated with me throughout the day about the status of my vehicle and completed all of the service in an outstanding manner. The Service Department at Bud Smail Mercedes is awesome. My E55 AMG was giving me trouble and under the exoert guidance of Matt, they located the issue and found an equitable resolution. Those guys are great!!
