I can not say thank you enough to the Buckhurst Way Clinic for stepping in to help me recently. I contacted them to see if they could help with a wound infection when my GP couldn't see me and Mr Faisal Khan immediately put himself out to contact me directly, offer me advice and give me a prescription which helped significantly. He even took time out of his day off to phone me checking how things were a few days later. Chigwell medical centre messed up my sons appointment but both the receptionist and the manager at BUCKHURST HILL CLINIC was very helpful and genuinely Cared got us seen by a paramedic since the clinic was at full capacity THANK YOU SO MUCH
Went there for the first time yesterday (9.1.24) Was not happy with the consultation. The doctor did not examine me properly, she complained about having no light over the bed so couldn’t examine me properly!! Would not come here again.
The GP me and my fiance met for an appointment on conception was reassuring and informative, but failed to send off a referral form to a specialist so my fiance could have a further assessment. This has delayed our journey significantly and cannot recommend this surgery.
