On Thur. I booked the medical appointment. When I came to 49 Buckhurst Way 2 Muslim receptionists told me that I wouldn’t be seen as I was late. I was feeling very unwell that day. I vomited before the medical visit and had to wash which ended up by being late but not more than 15 mins. I’d expect the receptionist wouldn’t send the sick person home. My husband attended the clinic and didn’t realise the appointment had been made for the previous day but after the receptionist realised this they went out of their way to fit him into their busy schedule and he was seen within 5 minutes. The care he received was above and beyond and he realised that this is the service that should be provided to everyone. I'm disappointed with the service again. They've messaged me that they tried to call me twice to do my appointment. That's a lie face to face. Unfortunately I was waiting for my appointment literally with the phone in my hand. There's no trace on my phone of even one phone call. I called them about it, but immediately a lady hanged up my call. Went today and was seen promptly even though my doctor's surgery had given incorrect information of date. Very professional nurses and doctor who were very caring and gave me first class service. Going back in a few days to have dressing changed and to see doctor again. So relieved to have had their great care and service.
