I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Buckfast Carpets. From my initial enquiry to the day my new carpets were laid the customer service has been excellent especially as it all had to be arranged around a previously booked holiday! I was able to bring examples home for colour matching purposes, and the carpet laying team themselves were quick and efficient. Altogether a good experience. Many thanks.
We bought our carpet from their store within the Austin’s Furniture Store in Newton Abbot. The sales people we dealt with were friendly and professional. The fitters were also friendly and efficient and we love our carpet
