Cannot believe how unfair State Farm is being with our roofing claim from Irma. 8 different representatives have contacted us and not one had a clue about our claim. They have valued our claim as low as they possible could and when we have told them that if they have a contractor who will replace our roof for their price to send him over we get no response. I was involved in a car accident in May 2017. I filed my claim immediately with state farm through “my agent”. Once the June bill came, I was still billed in June, for the vehicle that was classified as totaled due to the accident. I called Jeremy's agency and spoke with his representative Michael. I’ve been a State Farm Insurance customer for more than 19 years. Until this year, that meant paying the semi-annual bills. No issues, no claims, clean driving record. I would never recommend State Farm. I've had homeowner's insurance with them for over 10 years. Suddenly, they dropped me. Why? With the wildfires in California (none of which are near me) they think my home is now too much of a risk - even though the conditions haven't changed since they issued me the policy. I have faithfully paid premiums for over a decade, but now I'm not worth it - at the thought they might have to fulfill their end of the deal, I guess? My truck has caused catastrophic engine failure after Hurricane Harvey they sent my truck to a shop to have it inspected had to pay $2,000 for Diagnostics just to determine that there was more trouble in the lower part of the motor and it would be another 4 to $5,000 to Diagnostics to see if the water caused the damage all of which I am liable for no way for me to pay the four or $5,000 to have it diagnosed so I am stuck with a truck that will not work because of a flood and still owe money on it and owe a shop an extra 2 Gr... read more

I have had State Farm for over 20 years. My car got hit in a parking lot and the person left. So now I am filing an uninsured motorist claim. The damage to my car is 3500. On September 29th at 5:05 am, State Farm confirmed receipt of the supplement sent in by the body shop because I was shorted on the initial inspection. Customer Service does not exist with this company. It has taken nearly 30 days to complete a total loss claim when their client was at fault. Within those 30 days State Farm has lost my vehicle, refused to return calls, promised to show up and the representative delivering the payment is out of town all of a sudden.
