they've denied both mine and my mothers automobile damage claims even though we pay thousands every year for full coverage. I had photographic evidence of the damage to my vehicle and the person who did it. The people are denying that they even hit my car now and the insurance company is siding with them. they flat out denied my mother's vandalism claim with $5000 worth of damage.

I was called out of the blue by an agent at State Farm. "Your accident no longer affects your premiums, and we can offer you a much better deal than your current insurer". So, I switched. Then, I got the call that (woops) they were three months off and that for three months I'd still have to pay the higher premium. But in October, the rates would go down. I had this carrier state farm very creepy low ball to high ball it seems under there policy I had more accident's and problems now some poor guy with state farm rear ending me and was very upset no injuries was he hypnotized was I it sounds crazy but .... ?? Took a month and a half to get back to me and now I'm over paid it seems for the accident .

State Farm Canceled my home owners insurance for for a claim in last 3 years with no prior claims and the new claim was CLOSED with ZERO Payments made - The CLAIM ended up not being needed. Now I Can't get insurance with other companies because they reported this. What on earth is going on in this country when people can get insured to rebuild multi million dollar homes in costol regions time and time again and Insurance companies lock out working middle class people (my home is $140K in value) from keeping insurance and pot... read more

Upon finding that my non car owner policy had been raised $60, I called my rep to see why. After 40+ years of being a car owner policy and then a non car own policy owner, I called the Brock Barrett office to ask for an explanation. Last year, the woman who answered helped me lower my premium. This year the young sounding man who answered the phone merely said, "because it was raised" I noted that that was not an answer to my question. He replied that it was the answer. So much for respect and customer service.

State Farm does not practice in fair claims. I was hit by one of there insureds when he came into my lane and hit my vehicle. I have photos confirming this as well as that his lane was blocked by construction equipment. This equipment started being lined up as I entered this road from the highway and the other driver was in a hurry due to being in the wrong place. My car was stolen from the front of my home and State Farm is making me feel like the criminal. Passed my case to an investigator who is not responsive and when we finally reach her she says they have to follow protocol. Well if your protocol is making your customers feel like a criminal you sure are making us feel that way. Worst company ever!!

I am currently undergoing an auto claim thru state farm where my vehicle was involved in hail damage and flooding on July 21st, 3.40pm, and I am still waiting for state farm to approve my claims for the damaged bumpers and shocks that were effected due to this major hail and flooding event that I experienced. We acquired State Farm 5 years ago and thought we were getting one of the best insurance companies. As it turns out we weret, we had hail damage in 2015 and submitted a claim, State Farm adjuster came out and said the roof wasn't damaged so refused to cover any of it except a square and that was after a restoration company came out and did an estimate.
