My husband and I have come here every year for 4 years. We were so excited to come eat and came hungry. We also were excited because it's gotten to the slow time of the summer so we thought we would be seated quickly and get good service. We were wrong. We were seated immediately but we waited for 20 minutes for a waiter/waitress to come by and greet us/take our drink order. No one ever came. We stayed at Orange Beach last week and ate 3 out of 4 nights a Bubbas ! Awesome food !
Overpriced!! Shrimp had no flavor. Cole slaw was decent. Hush puppies were good, even though we only got 2 a piece.
We had the captains platter and crab legs. Everything on the plate including the potatoes and corn were cooked to perfection. Waiter was very friendly even though he had already cleaned his section and it was closing time. We didn't feel rushed or like it was a problem that we were there.
My child's chicken strips had HAIR fried into it. The chicken in my chicken salad was cold and rubbery. My wife's boiled Shrimp was cold, as in refrigerator cold, like shrimp cocktail. I'm pretty sure the coleslaw was recycled from someone's else's meal. People should get fired for this.
Not a fan of giving reviews but can't resist this one. Ate here this afternoon. Love seafood so we were ready to chow down. LOL, we got ripped off. I could have ate all 3 of our meals(parents and child) and still not be full. What a joke, we had more fries than anything. Not to mention our tall slender short haired brunette waitress brought our food and we never saw her again till i flagged her down for the check. $55 for a bunch of fries and a few shrimp. Best place we found to eat in Gulf Shores! They said it would be a 45 minute wait (which we understood) and it only took about 20 minutes to get a table. Steve was an awesome waiter and they had great seafood! We will be back!
Best Fish platter in Orange Beach! Great food, friendly staff!
I had crab legs. They were great!! My daughter has Mac and cheese it was good but should be for $6+. They were out of Cole slaw and the appetizer failed to come out but they did offer substitutes for the Cole slaw and brought us the appetizer out with our meal at no charge. Made effort to make it right which I appreciated. Over all I it was a good experience. Server could have been a bit more attentive to some of our drinks.
