Crab legs were great and the service was even better!
We waited for 30 min to get a table which I understand. But we waited 15 min or longer just to get our water and then the waitress never took our order. She kept walking away. We got up and left.
With out a doubt worse place in tried to eat ever we was there to eat a few days ago ordered our door over a hour before we got are fried pickles then over 2 hours before we got our food and it was cold and told me mine was still not done yet and didn't not get what we did order I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anybody ask to speak to manger took 45 mins for him to get to our table and he was rude and offered to give a 20% discount but still wanted use to pay for food we never got I had to get fix a sandwich when I le... read more
Went for lunch the food was OK. Very over priced.
.... We took a party of 6 last night 6/24/16 at 6:00pm and had no problem getting a table. This should have been our first sign that something was wrong with this place. They got us our drinks and we ordered a baked oyster appetizer with only butter and cheese. The appetizer came out made wrong. We then ordered our food and the grilled fish and shrimp came out fried. They did bring a skewer of shrimp back but never corrected the fish. We ordered (2) All You Could Eat popcorn shrimp meals..... Not once more time did our waitr... read more
Our family was so looking forward to a great seafood meal and well, this was not it! An expensive dinner here comes out in a cheap lunch size basket with small portions. Our fried shrimp tasted odd, all of our TINY plastic containers of cole slaw were frozen, and after paying over $100 we left promising our kids we would drive thru somewhere to get them something else to eat. The waiter was nice though. The best thing I can say is their pink lemonade was okay!
Very tasty, reasonable prices for the area, and friendly staff. The wait was longer than expected given the time of day, but over all great experience
Food was GREAT!! But service was terrible the waitress was being smart and was the rudest I've ever had and never checked on us.
My son and I just ate here. Grilled Shrimp was fantastic and Grilled Fish was also great. Waitress was very good and checked on us frequently. Will be back on our next trip to Gulf Shores.
