Recommendedfood was over cooked and the service was extremly horrible
We were there Saturday, July 7, 2018 for dinner. It was our first time staying over in Baltimore with our children & wanted to take them somewhere nice. Bad choice. 45 minute wait. Our appetizer was forgotten. They don’t show prices for drinks so my husband & I unknowingly spent almost $50 on 4 drinks that weren’t even great. I was not impressed by the food, in my opinion it was not worth the price, afterwards I felt sick to my stomach, my husband found a hair in his salad, was shown to a waitress , management removed the salad from our bill, after being reminded about it a second time
Ate here for the first time yesterday. Not impressed! Hostess was very unfriendly & it was obvious she was annoyed by the crowd. Waiter was inexperienced as he didnt know answers to basic questions about the menu. Nice young man but def inexperienced. My husband ordered shrimp stuffed w/ crab meat. It arrived & zero crab meat. Fortunately the manager stopped by & told him to order something else free of charge. Overall I wasn't impressed with the place. Extremely overpriced. Will not return.
We had a party of 15. Our waitress was friendly and attentive even when we hadn't flipped the "Stop Forrest Stop" sign. Other staff asked if we needed anything as they passed our tables. Food was delicious and delivered hot to the table. Wait staff sang their Happy Birthday song and assisted with the ice cream cake we had. I will be returning.
I love Bubba Gumps but My experience at this one was not the best. When were seated it took about 15-20 minutes for our server to arrive and there after every task she did was a long wait. She forgot stuff, that he food was not good the other people in my party had to send there food back and eat Mac and cheese and mash potatoes. This was such a disappointment to me because I absolutely love this place.
Great experience!! We sat outside at a picnic table and umbrella. More than enough food for the money and a great server that was on top of refills.
By far best fish and chips and popcorn shrimp. The shrimp Mac s d cheese was amazing. Service was great.
