RecommendedShrimp is excellent - but the fish balls suck!
Customer Service was poor and our food was cold when we got it... Never Again at this location.
Went there yesterday with my family. We were seated right away and the waiter came about 10 minutes after we sat down. Great food! Almost everyone finished their food.

A fun place to eat and atmosphere is cute
had a fried mahi mahi sandwich and it was delicious. I also liked that you can have your beverage in a souvenir cup.
This is the 2nd Bubba Gump shrimp company we have been to. In both the quality of the food, the quantity and the service were not good at all. They are expensive on top of that so it's not worth the money. We will not go to another one after being disappointed in two different states.
