The original wait wasn't bad. Then we were seated at a dirty table and not helped for 30 minutes. There were cobwebs around the ceiling of our table and nothing quite special. The food was decent but next time I will spend my money at Philips.
Meal was amazing as always! A must stop if ever in Baltimore! Wait staff friendly and efficient!!

The food at this place was horrible. I was truly disgusted. We both had the fried shrimp and felt the same way. The waiter asked if we wanted a box and we said no because the food was nasty. He just brought our check and made no attempts to inquire about why we felt that way. Will never come back. If I could do no stars I would.
Waited an hour to be seated after being told that the wait would be 30-40 mins... that's almost understandable. The waitress was nice, but I believe somewhat inexperienced. Ordered our drinks and appetizers and finished the drinks before the appetizers arrived. Finished the appetizers with another drink. Waited an hour for our meals to arrive. Don't get me wrong, the food was great! I really, really liked it. Not sure I liked it enough to invest three hours waiting into it or not.

Wait was horrible in spite of tons of empty tables. Food came slow, and prices were high compared to quality. It wasn’t our first time to a Bubba Gump, but it was the poorest experience.
