No where near the food or service at the Gatlinburg Tennessee Bubba Gumps. Very disappointing!

RecommendedAwesome service and fun atmosphere! We had the grilled shrimp and fresh slushies! A fun place to hang out with family and a great gift shop!
I recommend Dana she was one of the best waitresses I have ever had. I would come back just for her to wait on my family and I.
I had the far out dip for an appetizer and the seafood feast for my meal, everything was excellent. The hush puppies were the best I’ve ever had. My server Kordae was exceptionally friendly and was very attentive. I’ll definitely be back.
Was crazy busy due to a large a group coming in but overall the service was great! My food wasn't as I liked an the manager made things right and was super nice the entire time was a great experience.. if I'm ever in the area again I'd defiently go back!
Was told it would be a 2 hour wait unless we wanted to sit in the bar area, yet there was open tables everywhere the entire time we were there. Food was good over all, except the fried shrimp, they were over fried. The waiter was very nice and attentive. Gift shop on the other hand missed out on a few sells due to system crashed and after 20 minutes waiting and it still was not up, we left.
The service was slow and the food was ok for the price. From the time we walked through the door until we were done it was the three-hour process Definitely would not recommend unless you have lots of time to wait.
It was my first time here and I absolutely loved my food. Unfortunately our waiter was horrible!!
