Amazing place, and lovely hosts, loved it
Gorgeous farmhouse with an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean. A little off road (not much) and extremely peaceful. If walking the back country roads, it takes around 10-15 mins to reach Fairbourne beach. Walking back up is quite a hectic uphill but good exercise! Near the beach is a lovely little pub with great food, a great sandwich shop (breakfast 😋), a well stocked newsagent an Indian restaurant (sadly ran out of time and didn't try) and some stellar walks. Fabulous location with superb views over Fairbourne. Quaint and cosy cottage. Hosts are great.
Super cottage with a lovely sea viewfrom the rear courtyard. We had a lovely stay here in mid-October. We dodged the showers and were able to enjoy walks from the door, local bike rides and a few into the surrounding area. Cadair Idris is close and Coed yBrenin not far.We enjoyed exploring Dolgellau and Barmouth and various beaches. Lovely hosts who were happy to offer advice and make it a super stay. Well recommended.
Stunningly beautiful place. We had a lovely time in a part of the country that is worth visiting just for the views! Thanks for a great stay in your wonderful cottage!
