Outstanding customer service again from the Brufords team. I spoke to a few members of the team on the day and they were very passionate and knowledgable of the time pieces your an ambassador for. I collected my new time piece from Jo and she was absolutely brilliant and demonstrated great interpersonal skills to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you
Had my Breightling serviced by thier lab at the cost of £500 , it came back with paint peeling on the dial . I asked how it happened , they said not there problem
A lovely welcoming experience for all of us! I met with Bianca, and Yasmine kindly looked after my 2 children with a drink (which they loved) while I chatted. Caitlin was superb. I ordered a watch on the website that transpired wasn't actually in stock and available to buy. Naturally I was a bit gutted but understood due to the limited nature of the watch. I asked Caitlin to keep an eye out for me on the off chance another was made available. A few days later Caitlin emailed me to say she had managed to source another one!
