Went for my first service and the service writer was polite and professional. He explained to me what it is to do on the first service, I thought it will get an oil change but because it take full synthetic oil they will change it at 10,00 miles interval. Also when I did arrive at the driveway, there was a couple of vehicles behind me and one of the guys( I believe is the so call "Valet guy") that I could go around them and park my truck in front for me to save time( he said around five min). I have a 2013 4Runner and 2011 Sienna. Both I service at the dealership regularly. I come here for the friendly honest staff in a clean environment. They have wifi so I am to work while waiting. I will say that is the only true drawback is the wait. Browns has been historically slow in their service department. Waiting two hours for an oil change is not uncommon. But I keep going back...
A great purchasing experience from beginning to end. I got a very generous allowance for my trade in and a very low price on the vehicle I purchased.
