Called about my Toyota Venza having an alternator issue. Was told by Brian that it is covered under our warranty. Took the car to them to be repaired and dropped it off. Browns calls back later and told us that it was not covered and that it would cost us 1100.00 for an alternator install. Why have a warranty if you don't honor it. I checked the Toyota website and it only states major engine components. Is an alternator not considered a major engine component. Spoke to corporate. No help

I like that you can get an appointment or walk-in and you are treated the same. Special. I like your shuttle support for those who don't have someone to chase them and bring them home during service. Donuts and hot choco. Waiting area.
