100% i'm not recommendthis dealer about what happened today my mom call me that her car is gone at Brown's toyota Glen Burnie...they said the car is in the front so my mom pay for the service but they don't give the key...so i decide to go there and i find out that somebody took the car to the other building...the only thing is no body assist or help to find my mom's car..

Called 3 times in one week to speak to the service mgr., left 3 messages for the service manager to call. I wanted to get my Highlander serviced, but you can’t do that if they don’t call you back. Anyone have any Toyota service provider recommendations between Baltimore, Annapolis and DC? Thx

My husband and I had an excellent experience with our salesman Chris. He was knowledgeable and not pushy at all like othe car salesmen we had dealt with in the past. The low pressure situation made me feel really comfortable and they make the whole process very painless. He found the exact car I wanted even though other dealerships said they couldn’t. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.
Chris Morgan was a pleasure to work with, he found us exactly what we were looking for.. and the rest of the Brown’s staff was very helpful with the purchase of our new 2019 4Runner!
Ryan and his sales team were great! Nhijah Towns and Ryan made me feel comfortable and made the process much easier than I expected. I'm happy that my first new car came from them!
