I can not recommend Brown’s enough! My husband and I had beyond an amazing experience purchasing a vehicle a couple of days ago. Our experience began with Jonathan from the sales team on Tuesday when my husband stopped by the dealership to begin talking to someone about trading in our older vehicle, but due to time we were not going to be able to finish the process that evening. So, this past whole week, I have been back and forth with Browns Toyota of Glen Burnie looking for a new car. We were trying to figure out payments, model, interest rates, etc., for a Rav4. They worked with me & everything was great UNTIL yesterday (6/30/2020). I had full intentions of driving out of there with my brand new Rav4 but that was NOT the case. This dealership is complete trash. Bought my 2016 Tacoma here and was lied to just to get a sale. We were told Tacoma’s no longer come in manual and that was obviously a lie. Then they call multiple times to try to sell me an extended warranty I had already purchased. So at that point I was done.
