Had an appointment at 1030 and waited for over 3 hours for an oil change.

MILITARY BEWARE. What started off as a wonderful experience has quickly plummeted to the worst car buying experience I've ever had. My husband and I purchased an awesome used car in early May. Here we are, beginning of August, and we are unable to drive our new car because the staff at Brown's and the company they use for out of state registrations, Jupiter, have no clue how to do their jobs. Just bought my second Toyota from Ms. Shan Chao. I true professional, she helped me locate the exact model and configuration I was looking for at a good price. Kudos to Shan and Brown's Toyota of Glen Burnie.
Awful service! No one even greets you when you walk in. You stand there having to talk with other customers to get any answers. You make an appointment so your car can be serviced, and it takes them 4 hours to change the oil! Never going back.
RecommendedWill Chambers is amazing. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I’d recommend him specifically to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.
