What is the purpose of making an appointment if it's going to be an hour and a half wait once you get there? For an oil change? I should've saved myself the time and the money and done it myself.
I've always had good experiences with the service department I left disappointed, I always believed a tire rotation was performed according to mileage since last service and with excessive wear on a front tire due to a alignment issue which was done just felt it should've been recommnded,I also had two tires to be repaired one I plugged which is a temporary repair and was told they couldn't remove it to properly repair it and the second tire had a nail in it which they couldn't find and once home I found it went back to the ... read more
My appointment was at 9:30am for an oil change. I didn't leave until 12:15pm-ish. I got in and no one offered to help me or "check-in" and I ended up waiting for at least 6 minutes before someone asked if I had been helped. It was nice they told me what else I needed to get done for the high mileage but I wasn't happy with the wait.
We bought our second rav 4 in June because they're just a great car! Alan Adams makes the car buying experience easy and understandable. I recommend you ask for Alan if your ever shopping for a new Toyota at Brown's.
