Terrible service. Lousy communication...paid for equipment that was never installed. Had to call them to find out what happened...claimed they couldn't reach me even though they had my email and phone number. Took my car to Kidd's for service. Great service...should have bought my car there instead of Brown's.
In and out in 1 hour for 30k minor tuneup.
Bought a 2017 Toyota RAV4 XLE at a fantastic price new car, with less than 500 miles at a used car price. Go see Ray Quinlan. Both he and his manager Dave Barnhouse top notch sales staff. Highly recommend
Told you what happened and the messed up appointment and the missing winning scratch off from my car and the review has disappeared just like my scratch off...Very Disappointed... Will Not Be Back...Toyota is great the service here is less than good!
