Great salesman great stuff great support great product
I was not pressured into purchasing the 2016 Toyota Tacoma Sport. The staff was very professional and polite. The salesman was very knowledgeable with the vehicle. I had a great experience.
I just bought a brand new Rav4 from Browns Toyota and it was by far the best customer service I have had at a car dealership in along time! This was the 3rd dealership I had been to (First Koons of Annapolis and then Toyota of Bowie) Browns was by far the best out of the three both with price and trade-in value. I have seen so many bad car sales coming out of this dealership! I would NEVER purchase a car from them from what I have seen!!
Sales and Service was awsome, but the finance manager couldn't give me a straight answer and tried to dodge my questions.
Everyone who works there is always friendly and helpful. If there is anything extra that needs attention they let me know, wether it be a recall or something that needs to be worked on. I will definitely keep bringing my car back.
