My experience with Halle from start to finish was great. As my visit wasn’t planned and last minute I had been to a few other jewellery stores looking for the right gift. However, I end up coming back to this store as I was pleased with the service I received and most importantly the stone I ended up purchasing.
My fiancé bought the ring from Browns after we visited a few shops together. After a few months of wearing the ring, we realised it wasn’t the right one. Louise and Shahina were understanding and looked after us very well. We changed the ring and are really pleased with the whole team at Browns Westfield. The costumer service is great and therefore would recommend couples to visit this store and have a lovely experience together.
