Mazda Chantilly was very quick to answer my initial inquiry about the car and to set up a time we could test drive it. When we got to the dealership, the car was already there and ready to go. Everyone was professional and friendly. Ultimately, we decided to get a different vehicle because it was missing a couple of features. I would recommend this dealership.

I worked with Debbie Hefty. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the vehicle.. I was able to get an out-the-door price on the vehicle. She even took the time to answer my questions on her day off !

My emails were answered promptly. Dealer made an effort to understand my needs. The vehicle I was interested in sold before I could go look at it but the dealer continues to try to find a suitable used car for me. I would use this dealership based on this interaction.

Mr.Custodio was great from the start.He kept me informed on the availability of the vehicle and what I needed to do moving from interest to purchase. When I arrived all thongs were organized and the purchase was very smooth. Professional is an understatement.
