I was underwhelmed by the lack of customer service throughout my purchasing experience. Multiple interactions with the staff left much to be desired, as I often felt overlooked rather than valued as a customer. I ultimately had to escalate my concerns to the General Manager to receive a fair resolution. While I appreciate their involvement, this level of effort should not have been necessary for a straightforward car purchase.
