It was great! I had an offer from Carmax for my trade in that was $4000 more then what they initially offered me. But they matched it!!! It was awesome! So I went home with the car I came in to see!!!

I live in NC and I just bought this car from them. When I tell you they bent over backwards and went above and beyond for me…it’s a gross understatement. Debbie Hefty is a SAINT! Everything on my end was just insane (thanks COVID) but she worked it all out with me and had such patience, such amazing communication, that I will buy my next car here too!

Browns Fairfax Mazda was responsive. I ended up buying a new car there. The salesman Ron Pattison was knowledgeable, friendly, and straightforward, and there were no surprises. Everything he told turned out to be true. All in all, it was a square deal that I felt good about.

Communication was fast initially. It slowed up but was still present. They couldn't get me financed for a second car. Pleasant but I thought the same energy to call me at the beginning should have been given when it didn't go through. I purchased elsewhere.

I live in myrtle beach south Carolina. The sales team was nice and accommodating. A deposit was made, and drove 7 hours one way. Upon arrival my wife and myself looked over the car and didn't expect perfection. But found the cars air conditioner not blowing cold air. Now this could have been an oversight, and was offered a small discount for the repair, it wouldn't put a dent if major repairs were needed.
