Poor customer service. – I was going to purchase another Rolex watch and wanted my older one cleaned first. I was ready to buy the new one when I was told it would be $10 to clean my old one..........I walked out.

Very Rude – My husband & I were treated very rudely at Brown & Co this past weekend. We went in looking for a ring as a Christmas present. It took 15 minutes to get service, and finally a young girl helped me who was not very polite. I found a ring style that I loved but did not like the actual stone. I know from experience that stones can be changed out, and that a store the size of Brown & Co probably has loose stones on site. The girl told me "this is all they had."
