I was recently in Georgia visiting family, I went to Brown&company in Roswell to look for a gift for my mothers birthday. There was a wonderful lady named Tamekia Caver who worked there, she was professional, knowledgeable, and very sweet. She created a pleasant shopping environment without making me feel pressured into buying anything. I would like to thank her for being a great salesperson.

I went to Brown & Co to have a pin replaced in my watch, and was very impressed by the level of service I received. Little did I know that the pin had to be custom made, and when I hear "custom", I automatically think expensive. However, that was not the case at all, and the quality of the work completed was quite remarkable. Due to the wonderful service I received on my initial visit, I chose to return to Brown & Co to purchase Pandora charms for my mother-in-law for Christmas. I always have the best experiences at Brown & Co. Whether I'm looking for something specific or just in the mood to look at pretty things (which they have PLENTY of) I walk out of there with a smile on my face. The selection they have is truly wonderful, and the customer service just can't be beat. Brown will always be my go-to jeweler!

I've been to both the Roswell and Buckhead stores. They have a really friendly staff, and there is never any pressure to buy. Their sales team is very knowledgable and always up on the current trends.

I was very impressed by the excellent service and how comfortable I felt just walking in the store. I have shopped many stores and the pricing was very competitive, and the staff was amazing. Will not go anywhere else for my jewelry purchases. The champagne was a plus. Keep up the good work Amy, my wife is going to love you!

I just bought an engagement from Brown and Co. and I highly recommend them. I met multiple times with Amy, who was extremely helpful, patient, and fun to work with. I knew absolutely nothing about diamonds going into the process, but felt very comfortable with her the entire time. Plus I got a beautiful ring!
