I got on touch with Shirley at Brown & Co. when I decided to gift the Rolex "Batman" gmt to my grandfather for his birthday later this year. Given how difficult it is to get this watch I really didn't have high hopes that the watch would be delivered on time. Little did I know that Shirley would go above and beyond for me and get me the watch within a month. I can't thank Brown & Co enough for taking care of me the way they did. Couldn't over-emphasize enough how great Robb McElwee was to work with. The store & its selection is of course top notch...but Robb's willingness to help me pull of a pretty detailed surprise for my wife was special. He cared. He got involved in the details. And most importantly, regardless of the size of my purchase...he left me feeling as a customer like I really did matter. Completely recommend him and this store!

Brown & Co Jewelers in Roswell has been our go-to for jeweler for 8+ years and it will always be our first choice for the best fine jewelry selection and customer service. The store is beautifully decorated and the entire staff makes you feel special. Our representative Bob Johnson goes out of his way to help us no matter when we shop. He remembers every detail about us and our likes and takes such pride in his expertise. Amazing! It's a treat to visit as we always leave with a smile feeling warm and pampered.

We have been going to Bob Johnson at Brown & Co Jewelers for many years. Bob always takes his time to help us pick out the perfect piece for the occasion. I currently live in Northern Virginia and whenever I am back in Atlanta I always make a point to go see what new jewelry Bob has to show me. I would highly recommend Browns to everybody.

Bob Johnson does a fabulous job at helping his customers find just the right piece. We live in SC and visit the store once or twice a year, and Bob will spend all the time necessary to ensure we get just the right item.

Brown and Company has a very friendly atmosphere and staff. I am most impressed with Tami . She is very friendly, not pushy about showing and selling you what you would like to see. Tami is very knowledgeable about Yurman and other designers in the store. When ever I go in I wait for her to be available. Most impressed with her service. Patrise C.
