Ian Bustos removed links from 3 of my watches and did a never good job. Even attached all the extra links together so they wouldn’t scratch in the bags they were in. Thank you.
I had a David Yurman bracelet that the clasp had broke. Ian at the Roswell location helped me and was able to fix the clasp without having to send it directly to David Yurman. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly! I buy all my jewelry here as they are first class in every way!
