After I broke a necklace clasp, a quick stop by Brown&Co and Tessa Diaz in Customer Service fixed it fast. I was delighted -- as always when I go to Browns!
Just got my Norqain watch back from the service department. Micah Dewberry was great taking time with me to figure out the issue with the watch and correctly identified the problem. I was given a choice of returning it to Norqain service department at a national location (which would take months) or let Brown & Co repair it.
