All the staff are very friendly and professional and Brown and Company. I will never shop anywhere else! When you walk in the store you are blown away with the selection of gorgeous jewels they have. A salesperson always welcomes you and offers their assistance. They even give you champagne and fresh baked cookies while you shop! You never feel intimidated like you can in some nice places by how you dress or look there. I have been to Brown & Co Jewelers many times and always had a really good experience. Regardless of my price range, they made me feel so comfortable and were so helpful recommending jewelry for gifts and myself. They have friendly, knowledgeable salespeople. There are 2 stores now in Roswell and Buckhead and you should check them out. They're great. MA

I ruined my jewelery by trying to clean it with alcohol and all of my gold turned black. I brought my jewelry to Brown & Co and the jewelers were able to bring all my jewelry back to life and make it all beautiful again. I am so happy with the courteous and quick service and the perfection of the work. I highly recommend Brown & Co.

The Best Jeweler Ever – I have been to the Roswell location many times and all I can say is "they make you feel so comfortable like you are family". I went in to sell some sliver and a few pieces of jewelery and walked out a very happy person. They are more than fair plus they go over every detail with you so you know what is what. Frank Brown and his wonderful staff are the greatest. I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase, sell or repair. Great shopping experience – I visited their Buckhead location and I was treated like a celebrity!! They are having a 50% off sale on select time pieces this week and I went to look at their selection. I had a very warm welcome and they had a bar set up and asked if I wanted a cocktail. I said I don't drink much but would take a glass of champagne. They brought me a glass as I looked at the watches. I ended up looking at a Tag Heuer Grand Carrera watch that was normally $4,700. Be Careful – I purchased an expensive watch from them (Roswell store) and was a loyal customer for many years. The watch did not meet my expectations and I returned it initially without the case. They told me they could not process the return without the case. When I later returned with the case they would not accept the return. The watch was never worn. In my opinion they have no loyalty to their customer base and horrible customer support. I am suing them and will never shop there again. The manager wouldn't even come out ... read more

I've only been to the Buckhead location but that was enough.... I find it interesting that they had to "special order" my ring even though it's a common size (8.5 for men). When I placed the order, I was never told that I could not return the item. I decided to try and return it two days after the ring arrived and I was told that I could not return it since it was a "special order." WOW – I came to the store to get service done to my watch. The service department treated me as a celebrity. They asked if I wanted my rings cleaned (for free) while I waited. I then proceed to look around until my watch recieved a new battery. I was asked by a sales person if they could help me find anything while I waited, I declined at the time.
