Absolutely appalling. Been a couple times as I like the convenience of a walk in brow place. One time the lady dead sniffy, coughing and sneezing in my face while doing my eyebrows, it was disgusting. The most recent time I went it she waxed too much off the bottom of my brow and now 2 months later it still looks stupid! When no cleaning, prepping or aftercare done and then when I get to pay it was £5 more expensive than usual! I question this and she said ‘it was sensitive wax’! Been a few times and always been happy. But this time round was shocking - Avoid at all cost! Terrible service. Eyebrow wax- no preparation to the skin or cleaning the area. I questioned it. No aftercare gel- lady who did it was so rude and abrupt. When come to paying I only had £50 note, they only take cash anyway so still don’t understand why they don’t have enough change but wouldn’t take it, I said ok well I’ll pop to shop to get some change, wouldn’t let me leave the shop. Very very happy with the service provided by Angela. I go here every time to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed, as well as my legs. I have never been disappointed or let down. I highly recommend to everyone. I refuse to go to any other spa as they do not do as well as job as Angela.
