Very helpful in my buying experience of a quilting machine. Knew the products and their capabilities demonstrating some of the stitches. After buying my machine (Janome Horizon), I went back the same day and bought a cabinet for it. Again the sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. My husband found this place to purchase some special pressure feet for my singer. We went in just before Christmas and he was actually surprising me to get a new sewing machine. I was shown the Janome Skyline S5 and fell in love at once. This machine does everything I wished my singer could do and more!! The feature of cutting the thread off for me is to die for and was awesome when I made my daughter's prom dress. A great experience. Not often that a store manager will take the amount of time trying to determine what is wrong with a customer's serger to avoid having to write up a work order. Lee gave the problem a good 20 to 25 minutes of his personal time and finally concluded that the loopers were out of time. Thank you Lee. Greg C

I found Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse online. The location is not far from me. I went during the week and was impressed with the customer service. Lee was friendly and was able to help me purchase a vacuum. He had answers to all my questions. I was in and out very quickly. The store is clean and organized. I will be returning when I need more vacuums.
