I just bought my second machine from the store on 249. 12 years ago I bought the first one from the same store in a different location. I found the staff equally patient, knowledgeable, and fun both times. I am so glad they are close because I will be back again and again for supplies and their expertise to help with my questions. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my sewing machine needs!

Visited the Saturday before Mother's Day, with my wife, hoping to replace her old machine that was doing more harm than good to her projects. The salesman, Lee, was extremely helpful, patiently demonstrated several machines, and answered a ton of questions. Lee seemed very knowledgeable about sewing in general, and about the various machines in the shop. No high pressure tactics, and gave us plenty of space to look and try things out by ourselves. I was in the market for a more feature-rich embroidery machine than the one I had been using for the past 3 years. I happened upon Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse last month and was amazed at the selection of brands and models they carried. When I explained my experience level and what I wanted from a new machine, Lee quickly helped me narrow my choices. I recently purchased a Janome sewing machine. I simply love it! The sales associate Lee was extremely helpful in showing me all the features of a particular model he recommended for quilting. The store staff is not pushy, but laid back and very nice. They allowed me to ask a ton of questions and did not rush me. I loved the whole shopping experience there!

I have been very satisfied with this store. I bought my Janome 9900 machine there last year and have been very happy with the price and customer service. I also enjoy, very much, the Janome club they have there. The people are very friendly and helpful. I look forward to the meetings once a month.

I have been shopping for a starter machine for my daughter for several weeks. I've been in their store several times. Today, I bit the bullet and bought the Brother 1250D. I have had excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff every time I've been in! Can't wait to give my daughter her machine and take her to her two free starter lessons that the store gives with each machine purchase.

Took our old machine in and it was beyond repair. The sales associate, Sandy was very helpful in matching a new machine with my needs. I really liked that I received free classes to learn all the benefits of the machine, and the fact that I can buy supplies and accessories locally from a trustworthy source.

The people at this store have the BEST customer service possible. They are fair, honest and treat their customers like gold. They go out of their way to help and make thins as convenient as possible. Love their products and employees.
