I took my very old Pfaff in for service and came home with a great Janome machine. I'd been considering a new machine for some time. I'd visited this store a couple times before so knew the people were very helpful. This visit, Lee helped me and explained to me about repairing my old Pfaff and what the new machines were like. I went in to the store looking for a sewing and embroidery machine and was promptly and warmly welcomed by Lee ...He was very knowledgeable about the different brands on the market, and helped me a lot figuring out just what I came in for! On top of the great warranty offered with the machine, they encourage maintenance with the incentive of adding to the warranty when you bring it in..also offer free 1on1 class on using the machine! Very helpful and knowledgeable. We just went in to learn about different machines and Lee explained everything without being pushy. We ended up going back the next day to buy a machine. I have been back a few times for supplies and they always know just what I need when I go in.
I've taken my embroidery machine in twice and had great service both times. Once was just to help trouble shoot an issue and they were very knowledgeable! Thread is on sale on Tuesdays!
Great quilting and embroidery machines shop! They have all the good machines, threads, and fabric but the best part is how nice the staff members are. They don't high pressure you and patiently answer questions.
They are friendly, patient, and kind. Not pushy. I've very happy with my machine purchase. Lee was very knowledgeable about the machine and its accessories. If he didn't know the answer he quickly found it. They also have many brand name fabrics. I couldn't believe the low prices.
