Quality Excellent Appeal Excellent Service Excellent 5 Star Service - I recently had my sewing machine break, so I brought it to Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse for repair. They took my machine in and charged a very reasonable $40 to look it over and tell me what was going on with it. I spoke with Ken, the man repairing my machine, and we discussed my options. I just purchased an embroidery machine from here and I was really pleased with the customer service! Lee, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that I had everything needed to be happy with my purchase. He even shared some tips on how to use the machine which were very helpful. I plan on making this my "go to" place for my sewing and embroidery needs!

I have purchased multiple machines from this business and have been very satisfied with the service that I have received. Any time I have had questions or if something was just not quite right Lee and Cynthia have always been available to fix the issue! I would highly recommend this business to anyone that is either just getting started or has a ton of experience with sewing.

I am always very pleased with the service and attention I get there. They were able to tell my family the exact machine I wanted and they "surprised" me for Mother's Day. I plan to return for a cabinet and classes.

I've purchased two sewing machines and numerous notions from Lee at Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse (Grant Rd / 249 location) and could not be happier with his knowledge and great people skills. It's always a joy to come into the store... It's open, light and bright and the selection of sewing and embroidery equipment, notions, cases, specialty threads, etc., is unbelievable! Showroom is bright and attractive. Excellent selection of machines. Salesman Lee is friendly and helpful. Seemed to have time for us and answered our questions. This was a positive shopping experience. I would sure recommend it.

Staff is great! They appear to really enjoy their job and the customers. Lee knows their products and can answer any question asked of him. They are always looking forward to see what is new in the industry.
