Customer Service is Excellent – I live out of town but anytime I come to town I go there for supplies and to find out about anything new. Lee is always there to help. He is very good to my daughter who goes there quite often. Great customer service!
Houston's Best Sewing Center – "Found" this business at International Quilt Festival in Houston in 2007. Couldn't be happier!! Bought my Brother Innovis 4500-D Duetta and Brother Innovis 40 there. Wonderful people!! So wonderful, in fact, that I am a member of both Janome and Brother clubs, and drive 130 miles one way twice a month for club meetings. Knowledgeable staff, great service, and all around nice people!!
Best place to buy your sewing machine or supplies – This store is great and Lee is Very helpful and knowledgable! don't go anywhere else !
Best Customer Service for Sewing Clients – I go to this store or just give them a call whenever I have a question about my Quattro sewing machine or any supplies for it. They always either have the answer or call me back with the answer very quickly. I even had a project for my step-daughter's wedding that was right at the deadline. Lee took the time to set up my machine in thier classroom and let me finish it there in case I had any problems. They always go over and above on customer service!! Great place!!
Great Service! – I went into the store and was greeted by Lee, hew was extremely helpful! I had to order replacement parts for my Kirby vacuum and he didn't know the answer, but did not hesitate to call for clarification and pricing for the parts that I needed. Lee took the time to take my cell number and email address to contact me with the price and parts that I needed and called me within 1 hour of me leaving the store. That's service! Thanks Lee!

I'm a fan – I've just purchased my second sewing machine from this company. My biggest complaint is I have to drive 20 miles to get there.
Great place to purchas a sewing machine – I want a better sewing machine for quilting and embroidering. Mr. Lee introduced me Brother 2800 which I really like. It has much more different stitches for me to choose from. Now I can do the quilting and embroidering much easily and happily.
