Houston's Best Sewing Machine Store – If you haven't had a chance to stop in to the Sewing Vacuum Warehouse for your sewing or embroidery needs in the Houston area, you are missing out. All the folks at SVW are super knowledgeable with getting you started, helping with problems, ordering your supplies (they have a great thread and stabilizer selection), and excellent machine repair. I'm very pleased with the level of customer service at SVW. Stop by or give them a call. You will be happy that you did.
Great service – I was most pleased with the service at the Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse--from the time I took in my old sewing machine to my purchase of a new one. The technician who talked with me after diagnosing my old machine was quite knowledgeable, thorough, and even sympathetic (unfortunately, the part needed for repair is no longer available for my beloved 40-year-old machine). Houston's best place to buy. – I searched many stores and the internet for a sewing machine that would meet my needs and fit my budget. New Sewing Machine – I made a phone call to ask for help with the button hole attachment for my Singer machine, which was about 20 years old. I was told to bring it in and they was help me figure it out. Lee met me at the door and sat down with me and my old machine. After trying to use the attachment, we determined that it was broken. Great customer service – My Brother died on me after approx 6 years. I needed a repair shop. Found this place on the internet, made a phone call, stopped in, and ended up purchasing a new Janome. Lee was very helpful and demonstrated several machines for me. I love my new toy!
