Walked in for Singer Repair, Walked out with New Janome – Staff was very knowledgeable and had options available for purchase of machine for son's wife and for my 17 year old Singer. Cost of new machine was attractive alternative to cost of repair to old machine. Thanks to recommendation of sales person, got home happy.
They know their stuff! – I had to take my wife's machine in to be checked. Guess I walked in with the "deer in the headlights" look because I was approached and helped from that moment on. Very nice folks and they even helped with with gift ideas. Even tho it is not my kind of store, I will go back for gifts (sure the will stir me right) and really surprise and impress my wife.
Great service! – I was so impressed with the service I received from Jason at the store. I took my embroidery machine in with a tension or threading problem, a 50 mile trip one way, and was asked if I had anything else to do, go do it and then come back. Went and had lunch and came back to a fixed machine, no charge, and took it home with me. Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse has good deals – walked in to buy a notion that I have had trouble finding - glanced over at the sergers, next thing I knew - I was offered a good deal on a little janome by Lee.
Best Place to Buy Sewing Machines! – This place is awesome! I have shopped here for over 10 years. They have a big selection of sewing machines as well as embroidering machines and vacuum cleaners. The employees are super. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They service the machines right on the spot. I had my Singer featherweight serviced here and it works great.
Great place for sewing machine sales & service – This is a great place to purchase or service sewing machines or vacuum cleaners. Their sales and service staff are great and always willing to spend time with you. They are also great about getting your machine back to you when promise. I have been a customer for around 10 years.
Best sewing and embrodiery store – Since the early 90' I have had the wonderful pleasure of shopping at Sewing and Vac Warehouse. They have always been very helpful and courteous to my self and others in the Janome Club which I love also. I have purchased 5 sewing machines over the years advancing from one to another newer and better with more features. My most recent is the Horizon 12000. I highly recommend the Warehouse for all your sewing needs.
Excellant service and selection – I love sewing and embroidering and needed to find a store that fit all my needs. Well, I found it. They have the biggest selection of machines, threads for embroidery and patterns anyone could wish for. For my birthday, they helped my husband pick out exactly what I would love to have.
