very satisified – I have had great service when i go into the store. i am very green at embroidery and have had a lot of help. The brother club has helped me in so many many ways. Lynn, Cynthia and Vianey is ready to help me upgrade which i have done a few times. Never any problems with any of the people in the store.

Great service friendly people – I purchased both a sewing machine and embroidery machine here and have been very happy and satisfied with both the machines as well as the friendly and helpful service I recieve every time I go in.I'm new to embroidery and no matter how silly the question I have may sound they are always happy to help me out and take their time with me.

The Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse is the place if you are thinking on buying a sewing machine. They have a big selection of different kinds. The employers or very helpful. They ask what you are looking for and what you will be doing with it so they can match you up with a machine. They don't go to the most exspeisive one. They show you diffenet one that you might be interisted in. They work with you and help you on showing you have to work them and they are very friendly. Great Service – First time I visited this store, I was hunting a tiny spring for a machine embroidery hoop. They looked in all their parts; couldn't find one so suggested I try a spring from a "click" ball point pen. All this work for someone they had never seen before; might never see again; with a smile & at no charge whatsoever. What GREAT SERVICE. The only sewing machine source you'll need – Wow – great service – wonderful people - very knowledgeable – It will always be my only go to store for anything sewing related. No matter what you need or think you need – they can help you select and or get the right product. Customer service should be their first name.

Great Service – I went to the S&V warehouse to research some embroidery machines that I had seen online that I liked. I needed to touch and see the machines for myself. I got so much more that first visit. I sat down with a sewing machine expert for about 45 minutes going over the specs for 2 machines I was deciding between. Very helpful – I wasn't planning on buying a new embroidery machine but after I say the new Quattro 6000D I was hooked. They have been very helpful with everything.
