The best place for info and supplies – My husband surprised me with an early Christmas present, a Brother Sew/Embr machine. The help and knowledge here is A-one! Their classes are the best. I know they will keep my machine humming and will gladly answer all my questions. I love that I can get everything I need to embroider in one place.

Glad I found this place! – I had an older Singer machine that I needed to have repaired. I searched for a repair shop online and found this store. I took the old machine in, and it was pronounced DOA. HOWEVER, I was offered a trade in value on the old machine, and I used that to buy another machine. The sales staff is great. The repair staff is great. The store is great! Couldn't be happier!!
Sew & Vacuum Warehouse is the BEST! – The customer service was amazing; I just bought my first Brother Serger machine from Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse in Tomball and was very impressed. Previously I had been driving to the Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse in Bryan, but not any more, I will definitely be back. I have already signed up for one of their sewing classes. Courteous and Knowledgeable – I highly recommend that anyone who is in the market to purchase a sewing machine check with them before you do. Not only did they have what I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay; they also knew their product well. I found they had the most reasonable prices for the Janome 4120 QDC. Their demonstration of this sewing machine was very thorough and their willingness and ability to answer questions was exemplary. I purchased the machine from them.
Easy Purchase – I was at the Houston International Quilt Festival looking for a Janome sewing machine for my daughter. I stopped to chat about machines and the salesman told me about the sewing machines that would be for sale after the event was over. Worst Customer Service EVER! – WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Ordered a $8,250 machine at the same time my friend ordered one--between the two of us we spent nearly $18,000 in machines and accessories. We paid at the time of ordering and were told it would take about a week for the machines to come in. Nearly 4 weeks later after several calls to check on the machine's status. I was on my search for an Embroidery Machine, just looking I went here. Paul was very knowledgeable and tought me alot.
