THE place to purchase your sewing machines – I happened upon this store by chance. From the moment you walk in the door, you are welcomed. Every person in the store is very knowledgeable about their products. No matter how many questions you ask, they have the answers and are so polite. I found their prices to be right on, and their warranties are great. Anytime you call with any question at all about your product, they are very willing to help you out by telephone right then. I highly recommend them.
The Best Place for Embroidery Machines – My husband bought my embroidery machine here 4 years ago and I have been coming for all my maintenance and warranty work since then. They are very helpful, prompt in service, and very reasonable/ competitive in pricing. I just recently had an issue with the card reader/adapter in my machine and they had me taken care of right away and fixed and out the door in no time. Jim was very friendly and helpful!

The place to go for sewing/embroidery machines – I found exactly the sewing/embroidery machine I wanted and for several hundred dollars less than I had been quoted at another business, plus I was given credit for my old sewing machine, which was 20 year old. They sat with me for almost an hour explaining all the features of the machine I was interested in buying. As a new owner, I get an hour instruction on sewing functions and an hour instruction on the embroidery functions of my new machine. I could not be happier.
