Cynthia and Paul were both extremely helpful as I researched what new sewing / embroidery combination machine to purchase. Their knowledge of the many features and potential down sides of the various machines was extraordinary. This is definitely a place I would recommend and will revisit often.
great customer service! Lee was very helpful!!!
The staff is pretty helpful if you actually go into the store. When I would call I just got pieces of information to help that would only get me so far and then I would have to call again, talk with someone else and get a little more information. My biggest problem right now is with the machine I purchased two weeks ago for embroidery. I couldn't even use it for 5 days because I was not given the power cord!! I was under the impression that my machine was a floor model and that it had been overhauled to practically brand new... read more
I am always greeted by name. Service is done in a timely manner. Questions are always answered completely
Very helpful staff! They were very knowledgeable with the machines and only showed me machines that would meet my needs. I was able to spend lots of time using the machines and there was no high pressure sales. I got a good deal and am very happy with my purchase.
They are very friendly here. I would probably shop there again, as Lee (I believe his name was) is very friendly and really goes out of his way to show you the vacuums they carry and the functions. The lady I spoke to on the phone was a bit abrupt and short with me, but in the store they are much friendlier. I did not end up buying my vacuum with them, but I will probably go there for bags because the store I went to is too far away. I highly recommend them!
Great customer service, staff was very knowledgeable on each of the machines.
GREAT Customer Service! My husband bought my embroidery machine from them and they gave him a great deal. He was going to buy the display machine and they gave him a brand new one for the same price since it was a gift. I have come back several times to purchase ALL my materials and accessories needed for all my crafty projects. Won't go anywhere else!
I LOVE this place. Originally purchased my machine at another store, which closed down a couple of years ago, so S&VW became my new sewing home. Wish I had discovered them sooner! Had my machine serviced there recently and was impressed at the quality of work and the speed in turnaround. My favorite thing about S&VW, though, is all the STUFF I can get for my machine! They have great thread that is shockingly less expensive than the stuff you get at Joann (and I think it's better quality, too). And when I knick my bobbin case... read more
