I live in Aledo, Texas and called Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse in Houston on Monday, June17, to get pricing on upgrading my Brother sewing machine. Very friendly, helpful staff took message and manager called me next day. Lee Carpenter is extremely knowledgable, caring and answered every question I had and more. My sewing project was too much for the size of my machine and I broke it. No surprise, but the repair was going to cost more than the cost of my very basic 7 yr old machine, so I unexpectedly had to purchase a new machine. Not knowing what I was looking for, Lee proved to be most helpful and knowledgeable, and sold me a machine that I think will serve all of my sewing needs. I recently purchased a Janome embroidery machine and an Elna sewing machine. They were extremely helpful in showing me how to set up my machines and get started. They offered a class on each machine which was very beneficial. Brenda is a great teacher. Each time I have been back in with a question, they are more than willing to take the time to explain what I need to know. I would highly recommend this business.

I've shopped around quite a bit reviewing prices and styles of embroidery machines. I could've saved myself a whole lot of time and energy had I stopped in Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse first.The staff was courteous and helpful ,especially Lee, my personal consultant. I am so pleased with my recent experience at Sewing Machine Warehouse. Purchased my machine there 4 years ago and has worked wonderfully. Great selection of embroidery thread and the employees are helpful
