Marissa greeted me with a smile and salutations upon my entrance through the door. I felt she was expecting my arrival, but I never called. This was exactly my first visit to Sewing and Vacuuming Warehouse. As a new quilter, Marissa was so patient with me. She spent two hours showing me the options I could possess with my trade in. There was also a pamphlet of coupons. Marissa explained each coupon to me and the items I could secure with it. All the staff was so friendly! They were so accommodating!
I purchased a sewing machine today, Janome skyline S3. I was very grateful for the patience, knowledge, and care I received from Brenda. She took so much time with me and made me feel very comfortable in the choice I made. Thank you so much Brenda
This is one of my favorite stores. Friendly, helpful and great location. They walked me through the purchase of a new sewing machine and provided one on one training. I also love to shop for quilt material.
We visited the Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse, the Conroe location. We traveled almost 200 miles from our home. We were very pleased with our experience there and we will be going back. Recently purchased a Janome945QRP sewing machine and table and chair. I am sooo happy. This is a dream come true. Ken runs a good shop with a great staff. Loren was my salesperson and very knowable and helpful.
This is a hidden gem! I replaced my 23 year old machine with a new Janome yesterday and Pam was amazingly helpful and patient with me. Everyone in the store made me feel welcome - such a friendly place! The variety of sewing and quilting machines, vacuums, etc. is very impressive AND they carry a large compliment of quality quilting fabrics and notions at great prices! I recommend highly!

I had the best experience at the Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse. I bought my first Janome. A skyline 7s. It is pretty easy to use, and I haven't yet taken the free one hour class. Lauren helped me and she is very knowledgeable about the machine, how it's manufactured and how to use. it. A very good experience.
I was very pleased with the assistance I had in choosing the right machine for what I am needing it for. I have always under bought and I feel confident that with their knowledge they put me finally in the machine that is right for me. Thank you for your help I am no longer an extremely frustrated seamstress, at least not because of the machine.
