New to the area. Booked an appointment, arrived 10 mins early, and saw the barber sat trimming his own beard. I tried to open the door, but it was locked. Knocked, but was ignored. Decided to wait for the remaining few mins until the appointment slot, thinking he’d finish up trimming his own beard and let me in to get my hair cut. Best kept secret in Heaton moor as far as barbers go ! Appointment system is perfect so no long waiting and Paul 👍 top man super friendly and always helpful. Not to mention still best value for miles around !

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! it seems like similar situations have happened before to others Booked an appointment for 3pm earlier this week. My appointment confirmed via email. I came to the shop early, as I'm walking up the path to the shop, the guy obviously inside saw me, locked the door and disappeared into the back of the shop and didn’t return. After waiting outside knocking constantly and trying to call his phone with no answer, I gave up and went to a great barber up the road. Very strange
