I stayed only one night So never got enjoy all they have to offer but all the staff was very nice to me. bed was comfortable and the grounds are lovley. Aston villa training ground In walking distance and a water park will definitely stay again
This place needs a lot of money spending on it! We had family room, very dated, things broken in room, stains on carpets and bedsheets, lots of cobwebs, no hairdryer. Breakfast very basic, fruit was just a bowl of apples and sausages were terrible. On a positive the staff were all friendly and helpful.
Buisness trip, lovely little retreat but a little dated and under-staffed, the staff works so hard but stretched to all areas of the hotel. I would stay again though.
