We spent 10 days here. We booked it before reading the reviews and were therefore a bit apprehensive. However we had a really nice time here. The room was big, clean and tidy. The bed was big and very comfy. The shower was brilliant (we would love to know where you can get a shower head like that). The rooms were cleaned and bedding and towels were changed everday. Once you get over the dated interior you will have a lovely stay. I loved the size of the room we stayed in, much bigger than the whole flat that we rented before we went there. The bed was huge and the only one I've slept in away from home where I didn't get backache. The shower was just great and would love one that powerful at home. A word of warning though - test the water before having a shower because the water is extremely hot.The housekeeping team were fabulous with clean towels every day. I was tempted to sleep in my car! I dont think I've ever stayed in somewhere as filthy as this place. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. Floor so disgusting it dirtied my socks. I did pay for breakfast but not a chance I'd try it, given my own hygiene rating for the bedroom. I quickly checked out as soon as I woke up...never to return again.

Room and bathroom needs an overhaul, rust and dirty grout, bed not very comfortable, shower was poor and water cold during my short stay. Would not stay again for rooms. On a positive staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful.
