Do not stay at this hotel. Our room was in a terrible state and had severe damp problems with water seeping in through the walls and staining from old leaks. The bathroom was covered in black mould and there was staining on the bedsheets. We tried to complain at reception on 3 occasions, however the reception desk was deserted every time. Overall the room (and common areas) are in desperate need of a renovation and at the very least, a deep clean. Definitely not worth the price.

The hotel is really run down and needs a lot of money spent on it. The food was lovely and the chef very helpful but this did not make up for the state of the hotel. The room smelt of damp and we had to sleep with the window open. The bath had mould around and the bedroom had lots of parts of the wall which had been patched and not re-decorated. The staff were friendly but not enough of them. Had to wait 30 mins to be served at the bar and gave up waiting for any help at reception I would not recommend or stay here again
