I ordered a mains cable from MCRU based on reviews and an excellent product range for international delivery. The site claims international delivery anywhere in the world with typical delivery being 5-7 days. On closer inspection, there is a note at the bottom of the delivery page saying is not their fault that your order takes a long time, its your country's custom processes at fault. I am over the moon with the service MCRU has provided. I have spoken to Mike and David several times and they were extremely helpful in advising me and giving suggestions which would best match my speakers and within my budget. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field and I felt confident about the advice they were giving me. At no point did I feel pressured in purchasing something.
